| In 1990, Danielle joined Earl in Real Estate sales after having worked in Montreal, first, as the Purchasing Agent for a large industrial corporation, then as a Stock Broker's assistant specializing in Options and Portfolio accounts. She continued in the stock market industry after she and Earl moved to Vancouver in 1980. During that time she also worked closely with a Vancouver Developer whose residential properties she assisted in managing. For the past 15 years, she has committed herself to sales and assisting her clients in becoming proficient in making informed real estate investment decisions. As a result, all without exception, have substantially increased their real estate portfolios. |

| Earl has a strong background in customer service and customer relations from an early beginning in retail sales and management. He began managing properties in 1978 in Montreal and continued in this field upon moving to Vancouver in late 1980. He became a licensed Realtor in 1990 and work in sales till May 1995 when he started in licensed Property Management including Strata Management till the end of October 2006. To achieve excellence in this field he served eight years on the Education Committee of the Profession Association of Managing Agents from 1995 – 2003 and as a Member of it Board of Directors for three terms. Earl brings years of special Strata experience and knowledge with him to his sales career which he gladly puts to his client's benefit. |
